A breakbeat turntablist duo from Japan who make a nonsense of the notion that turntablism is outdated - it's not, it's just that nobody's doing it as well as these guys.  And their videos are utterly brilliant - check em out for yourself at their Myspace.

Where?
xXx Tokyo

What do they sound like?
DJ Shadow (when he was at his scratching and sampling best), with the mischevious fun of Fatboy Slim back when he was the biggest name in dance.  The best the UK could do when it came to this sort of thing were the Freestylers, and this shits all over them.
